GUIDELINES & POLICY 

Enrollment and Payment Policy:

• REGISTRATION FEE: FREE! NO REGISTRATION FEES! 

• Tuition Payment
  Tuition must be paid before the start of your second class.
• Free Trial Class for New Students
  The first trial class is FREE. If a student decides to continue, the trial class, will be inclusive in the tuition plan you enroll in.
• New Enrollment Timeline
  We accept open/rolling admission based on class availability
• Attendance Policy for Missed Classes/Mid Month Enrollment: If a new or returning student misses a few classes during mid year/month enrollments, tuition for the number of classes attended will be pro rated until next billing cycle/option resumes. Choreography and curriculum will be adjusted to help students catch up, as they are considered part of the current class structure and cannot be excluded.
• Year-Round Referral Promotion
  Receive a RS INTERNATIONAL NY bonus bucks credit on your account to be used for any school related events/purchases. This promotion is available year-round, with no limit on referrals.
• Fee Policy
  All fees are non-refundable. No credits or holds will be provided under any circumstances. (Medical Exclusions will be determined on a case per case circumstance, with appropriate medical documents)

Payment Methods:

1. Pay in Full: Option to pay the entire tuition amount upfront at time of registration by/at FIRST CLASS.

• * 1 FREE MONTH! ( Full payment for full school year must be made by September 30th.)

• Pay Each Semester: Tuition can be paid per semester, with the following terms:
  • September to December
  • January to March
  • April to June
  • This option will provide a tuition discount on your monthly tuition rate

Pay Monthly: Tuition can be paid monthly via Autopay on RS account, Zelle or Venmo. Tuition must be paid by the 4th of every month, to avoid incurring any late fees.

This option will incur a monthly service fee of $10 in addition to regular tuition rate.  

Make-Up Class Policy:

• A make-up class will be provided for any class canceled by management.
• Individual student/personal absences will not be eligible for additional make-up classes. However, rest assured, by the end of the year, you are provided with far more services than the paid tuition time
• The teacher will ensure that students cover any missed choreography.
• Students who are credited for medical or any unforeseen circumstances, student may attend a make-up class at any other location, but please note that the song, choreography, and teacher may vary.

Clothing:

• All students MUST wear RS International NY t-shirts during classes.
• Each enrolled student will receive one free school Dance Academy t-shirt.
• Additional t-shirts are available for purchase at an extra cost.

Performance, Events, Competiton Policy:

• Performance Opportunities
  Students have the opportunity to perform at prestigious Bollywood celebrity events, community events, cultural events and various platforms. Performances are a plus, not a must.
• Participation Fee
  A participation fee may be required for certain shows and events.
• Tickets for Parents and Guests
  Ticket requirements vary by event.
• Costumes, Jewelry, and Props
  RS International NY will provide all costumes, jewelry, and props for events at no additional cost.
• Student Participation
  We place strong emphasis on student participation and the value of commitment and teamwork. Performance placement is at the sole discretion of instructors. Parental interference in casting or performance decisions is not permitted.

Certification and Recognition:

• Certification: Students who complete the full-year course will receive a certification/Reference/Trophy of completion.
• Annual Recital: The Annual Recital celebrates student achievements, with trophies awarded to all participants to honor their hard work and dedication.
